Barkhill Ltd (a joint venture company between Grosvenor and O’Callaghan Properties) developed The Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, one of Ireland's premier shopping centres. In addition to retail outlets, other amenities include a 14-screen multiplex cinema, a 4* hotel, 26,000 sq-m retail warehousing, motor mall and offices - all located within the site. Proposed public transport improvements include an extension to the Metro west line (fast Dublin tram) and the Luas tram line to Dublin city centre.
