Battersea Reach

Battersea Reach is a vast multi-phase residential development on the south side of the Thames, adjacent to Battersea Bridge. With the challenge of ever-evolving designs, we worked closely with the architect and developer to ensure the final images reflected their vision whilst maintaining the integrity and accuracy that ensured Wandsworth Council and the general public could be confident of how each phase of the scheme would look upon completion.

Kensington Odeon

Located at the western end of Kensington High Street, the Odeon cinema building has a prominent frontage facing onto Holland Park to the North, and sits in a highly sensitive location surrounded by established residential townhouses, three separate Conservation Areas, and a number of listed buildings. The aspiration of the client was for a mixed use development which retains the cinema in the basement and integrates residential units at the upper levels .

75-89 Lancaster Gate

A joint venture between Minerva and Northacre with planning consent acquired for 77 residential units. This prestigious private residential scheme overlooks Hyde Park and includes gardens, underground parking, fitness facilities and a swimming pool.

Helix London

Helix London will feature two towers of 34 and 28 storeys, situated on top of a seven metre podium. The development is a mix of one to three bedroom apartments with views of Poplar Dock and Canary Wharf from the 'sky garden' balconies between the towers. Pedestrian improvements have also been a huge consideration of the joint developers, McDonald's Real Estate and Trafalgar Way Ltd.

Grand Magazine

During the bicentenary of the Battle of Trafalgar, work began on a residential development on Gibraltar's Grand Magazine - the site where Admiral Lord Nelson was brought ashore after his death.

East India Dock Road

Barratt Homes (in collaboration with architects CZWG, the Notting Hill Housing Group and Circle Anglia) are developing this large residential scheme in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Featuring 10 blocks, the tallest of which rises to a tip of 101 metres high, the conceptual idea behind East India Dock Road is that they are a series of stepping stones located at a crossroad with a green route running on an approximate north/south axis that zigzags through it, and a new public space in the centre.

Royal Road

In order to retain as many of the existing mature trees as possible, a cruciform plan developed, stepping around the trees. The massing of the scheme responds to the surrounding buildings, varying from four to nine storeys across the site resulting in a sculptural form. All units exceed minimum space standards and are dual or triple aspect, providing cross ventilation and good daylight. Residents have gardens, balconies, or roof top terraces encouraging outdoor living. There is a secure communal courtyard garden for all residents.

Fellowes Plain

The impressive buildings that once formed part of the listed Norfolk and Norwich Hospital have undergone a sensitive refurbishment and conversion into apartments. These apartments have been designed so that the traditional exterior of the buildings give no hint as to the modern open-plan interiors which lie within.
