Masterplanning

Palmeira Real

The developer commissioned Atkins to design an exclusive destination for both living and working, in this stunning coastal setting south of Luanda. We were commissioned to create an engaging 7 minute presentation complemented by a series of 28 stunning still renders to be displayed in the marketing suite. Construction on the development is due to commence in 2012.

Durrat Al Bahrain

Atkins designed the masterplan, maximising the waterfront to gain access to the site both from land and from the water. Six distinctive elements comprise the development: an arc of six atolls, five Petal Islands with a hotel, golf course and marina.

Porto Montenegro

Porto Montenegro required a series of marketing images that would capture the essence of the site and its appeal to superyacht owners. Reardon Smith formed a collaborative partnership with us to help visualise their designs as the masterplan evolved. The site, a former Yugoslav naval base, was set to be transformed into a world-class luxury yacht marina.

Khabary, Future City

The Khabary Holding Co needed to win Government approval of a proposed new city just outside of Kuwait, and then wanted to use the CG material created to market the city to investors. The masterplan concept had been designed by Make and the client utilised the visualisation process to develop the designs further. We created a suite of dual language top-end video presentations focusing on the general marketing of the site along with a brochure and DVD illustrating a series of 17 high quality still renders showing interior and exterior environments.

Ebbsfleet: Thames Gateway

A huge development of the Ebbsfleet valley as part of the Thames Gateway redevelopment, including an aerial masterplan image to show the new town, railway and the facilities that would be available. The conceptual images were commissioned to give a feel for ground level views of the masterplan at a time when no architectural information was available. They were kept in a graphic style so that it was clear they were about look and feel and not detail.
