W Hotel

The key to the views was not only illustrating the architectural design, but the lighting which was treated as an art installation. Jason Bruges, the renowned lighting artist, designed an intricate lighting scheme behind the semi opaque facade, so that as it gets darks the building can change its appearance and assume a different character. The building comprises a hotel, apartments, restaurants, casino and retail.

London Road Fire Station

In collaboration with English Heritage, sympathetic restoration of this beautiful building will see a modern, glass fronted, high rise structure built within the courtyard on 2-storey height columns will house 15 floors of luxurious hotel accommodation. The courtyard will be protected from the elements via a high-tech transparent roofing system.

Four Seasons Hotel

The architect's brief was: "To create a jewel in the crown of Baku architecture and the most luxurious hotel in the city." The location for the new hotel was prestigious, at a crossroads facing the Caspian Sea and Baku’s smart promenade to one side and the President’s palace to the other, with beautifully landscaped public gardens to the rear.

Shahdag Ski Resort

National Indoor Sports Arena (NISA)

The NISA will be one of the biggest indoor sports facilities of its type in Europe, located on a 10.5 hectare site in the east end of Glasgow. The facility will be a national training centre for athletics, basketball, netball, track cycling and volleyball, and will include Scotland’s first dedicated indoor velodrome, providing elite training and an international competition standard venue.
