The recladding and refurbishment of Aldwych House, a commercial building in Reading, features the addition of an internal courtyard and two further storeys built on top of the existing four-storey building.

Snowhill

An animation and a series of marketing images (internal and external, showing space and facilities) for a commercial development in the heart of Birmingham’s key business district. They were created to enable Ballymore to lease the space prior to construction (and ultimately achieved some of the highest rental values per square metre).

Masshouse

A collaboration with Aedas AHR and Edward Cullinan Architects to provide a masterplan providing a total of 1.2 million sq ft of mixed use in Birmingham. The scheme on the 5 acre site occupies two city blocks with offices and a hotel plus residential above retail. The central public realm area steps down the slope, with a series of interconnected pools of water which flow down away from the city and into the new park.
