	Janine Tijou  Managing Director  A busy mum yet full of energy, enthusiasm and entreprenerial spirit, the rest of us sometimes struggle to keep up with Janine and her ideas! Always striving to improve our approach, keeping Designhive to the fore of what it is we do, raising our profile with property industry speaking opportunities and generally keeping her finger on the pulse of what would benefit our clients. 	Lisa Grainger  Client Services Director  With a background in commercial and project management, Lisa's the team driver who keeps us on track and totally focused. With a mission to keep our clients coming back, she's an accomplished plate spinner who thrives on ensuring it all comes together at the point of delivery. Outside of office hours, Lisa enjoys whiling away her weekends whacking a little white ball around a field.
	Mark Hinks  Technical Lead Mark loves nothing more than a technical challenge - in fact he positively thrives when presented with one. As our most senior visualiser, Mark's experience in all matters 3D deem that he has involvement (at some level or other) with all of our projects - so you'll get to experience his reassuring manner, organised approach, technical wizardry and an amazing eye for detail.
